Police are searching for a gunman who shot and killed a man while he was driving Thursday night in the Burnside neighborhood on the Far South Side. The shooting happened about 10:10 p.m. in the 9400 block of South Avalon Avenue, police said. A man, whose age was not immediately available, crashed the vehicle he was driving after he was shot by an unknown gunman, according to police.
