Prosecutors’ actions in manslaughter case raise serious questions

Prosecutors in LaPorte County, Ind., have listened in on conversations in two different homicide cases between defendants and their lawyers. Their actions have resulted in a court ruling that has all but crippled a murder case and given legal ammo to the defense team in a separate manslaughter case. Read More
